Returns
We provide you with a 30-day return policy. You can return any item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund, less shipping and handling charges.
To request a return please contact us at 877-271-9057, or send an email to sales@blueeyedrops.com. When you contact us, please be sure to have your order information ready. You may be asked about the product you would like to return and the reason for the return.
Remember, Dark Blue Ventures, LLC Packages returned to the wrong address cannot be credited and will be shipped back to you at your expense. While Dark Blue Ventures, LLC does not pay for the return shipping, you will not be assessed any restocking charges.
Exchanges / Damaged Goods
Exchanges of goods damaged during shipping will be made free of charge, less shipping fees.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made prior to shipping within 24 hours after an order has been placed.
